Who we are

AI Ready — AEO Audit & Fix ("the App") is operated by Marko Praščević pr MKP AGENCIJA, Belgrade, Serbia. Contact: prascevicmarko19@gmail.com.

What data we collect

When you install the App we receive and store: your shop domain, an API access token issued by Shopify, and product catalog data (titles, descriptions, images metadata, variants, categories, metafields, SEO fields) needed to compute your AI Readiness score. We store audit results and a log of fixes you apply.

We do not collect or store any customer personal data. The App requests only read_products and write_products access scopes.

How we use data

Product data is used solely to analyze your catalog's readiness for AI assistants and to apply fixes you explicitly request. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or model training.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Netlify DB / Neon, US region) and processed on Netlify's infrastructure. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers.

Data retention and deletion

If you uninstall the App, your session tokens are deleted immediately. Upon Shopify's shop redaction request (48 hours after uninstall) all remaining shop data — audits and fix logs — is permanently deleted. You may also request deletion at any time by email.

GDPR

We comply with Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). As we store no customer personal data, data requests return empty results.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced in the App.
